About Me
Nadinne Dyen BA (Hons), DIP, MA, MBACP
Student of Malidome Patrice Some and Maestro Manual Rufino
I am a psychotherapist and artist that understands the power of the arts in supporting growth and healing.
With many years’ experience, I have worked in a variety of settings including various charities in the UK and Africa, the NHS as well as my private practice. I draw from a variety of approaches and methods from both western psychology and the knowledge from indigenous communities from across the globe predominately the continent of Africa, Caribbean Islands, North and South America. I am a co-founder and creative director of NAOS therapy centre and currently hold a private practice providing one to one sessions in which I intuitively combine a rich psychological experience, work with the body, sound and other creative practices to support clarity, healing and empowerment.
The Offering
One To One Psychotherapy
Sessions are for one hour providing a safe and supportive space to explore blocks, relationships, unresolved trauma, patterns of behaviour or simply whatever arises within the space, to have a deep sense of time and space for self-discovery and insight.
Family Constellation
Suffering, repetitive patterns, or even a general sense of stuckness in our lives, often occur because of unresolved relational issues. The source of the difficulty may lie beyond our awareness, often in the systems to which we belong such as our current relationship, family of origin or workplace.
Artist Empowerment
Exploring our individual creative processes and existence as an artist, exploring our vulnerabilities and delving deeper into our emotions held in a supportive and safe space allows us to become more authentic within ourselves and our work as an artist.
